Shipping & Delivery (Australia Only)

We proudly ship Australia-wide. Orders are packed with care and dispatched quickly to get your products to you in perfect condition.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–6 business days
  • Express Delivery: Available at checkout (usually 1–3 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over AU$80

Note: We currently do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

Due to the natural and personal-use nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where:
